What is the warranty for your equipment?

All equipment has an extended 3-year warranty against manufacturer defects and failure. The warranty excludes general wear and tear, or any practices considered unsafe/non-compliant.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and refrain from using the scaffold.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we do. You can visit our warehouse located at Building 3, 1699 Ipswich Road in Rocklea. A variety of kwikstage and mobile tower packages are on display to assist you in selecting the correct scaffold.

What is the lead time for deliveries?

Our general lead time is 1-3 business days for Brisbane metro and surrounding areas. For regional Queensland, the lead time is 5-7 business days. Please note that these are general estimates and that wait times can vary depending on the time of year.

Do you provide test reports?

We can provide documentation and test reports for all stock upon request. Simply call our office and speak with one of the reps, who will send them directly to you.
